We have 143years' history for serving Sukiyaki.

Modern taste is still important for you as well as our proud tradition and history.

We serve specially selected Matsusaka-beef, Wari-shita (sauces), leek, shiitake mushrooms, Shirataki noodle and sophisticated vegetables.

今朝について

We established in 1880(Meiji era).

Kesajiro Fujimori who first opened his restaurant here has trained on sukiyaki restaurant "Ima-Hiro" in Ginza Brick Street.

After that he named his own restaurant "Ima-Asa".

The name means franchise of his former restaunrat "Ima"and his name"Asa" (as same meaning "Kesa").

Now let's look inside the honorable history.
